1. Parties and Service Framework
This Service Agreement is between Maya AI ("we", "us") and the customer ("you"). It governs consulting, setup coordination, and support services related to UAE company setup.
2. Scope of Services
Our services may include business setup consultation, package guidance, application-readiness support, commercial quote support, and process coordination.
We do not issue licenses, grant visas, approve immigration matters, or open bank accounts.
3. Fees and Pricing
Our service fee is disclosed before payment and may vary by free zone, package type, and operational complexity. Authority and third-party fees may apply in addition.
- Authority/government fees are controlled by the relevant authority
- Payment provider and bank charges may apply
- Applicable taxes are shown where required
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are stage-based and subject to applicable law and authority policy. In most cases, once finalized and paid, committed or processed amounts are not refundable.
- Authority fees follow authority refund policy (if any)
- Third-party costs already incurred are generally non-refundable
- Service fee refunds are assessed against work already performed
5. No Guarantee and External Dependency
Outcomes depend on external institutions and cannot be guaranteed.
- No guarantee of license approval
- No guarantee of visa/immigration approval
- No guarantee of bank account opening
- No guarantee on processing timelines
6. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, and lawful information
- Submit requested documents in required format and on time
- Review and confirm all commercial terms before payment
- Maintain compliance with laws and authority requirements
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid to us for the specific affected service. We exclude indirect, incidental, special, consequential, and punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by UAE law. Disputes are subject to Dubai courts unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
